Push-Up Grips

Set of 4 Push-Up grips.

Their opening is specifically designed to fit a 35 mm wooden dowel, available at most hardware stores. It provides a very tight friction fit. 

Once both feet are attached and aligned levelly, secure them with M4 screws. Although the dowel might hold without screws due to the friction fit, securing it is strongly recommended to prevent the dowel from shifting during use.

If you intend to use the parallettes on tile or hardwood floors, it is advisable to attach neoprene or rubber adhesive pads to the bottom of the feet for improved grip and to protect the flooring.
