Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
1.1. In-Stock Products. Orders for in-stock items are dispatched within two (2) business days of being placed. Shipments are processed Monday through Saturday; no shipments are made on Sundays.
1.2. Build-to-Order Products. Certain items are manufactured upon order. The estimated build time is indicated on each product page. The current standard build time is five to twenty (5–20) business days, though some items may ship sooner depending on production capacity.
1.3. Status Updates. Individual order status updates are not provided during the build process. If you have not received a tracking number, your order is still being processed. This applies even if the stated build time has elapsed. You will receive tracking information automatically once a shipping label has been created (see Section 4).
1.4. Delays. In rare cases, external factors such as material shortages or an unexpectedly high volume of orders may cause delays beyond the estimated build time. A delay does not indicate that your order has been lost or overlooked. Fenrir guarantees that all confirmed orders will be fulfilled and shipped.
1.5. Cancellation During Build. If you prefer not to wait, you may cancel your order at any time before shipment in accordance with Section 8 of the Return & Refund Policy.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
2.1. Fenrir currently ships to over 220 countries and territories worldwide using established courier services.
2.2. Domestic Shipping (Germany).
(a) Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within two to four (2–4) business days.
2.3. International Shipping.
(a) Standard Shipping (Postal Service): Estimated delivery within four to fifteen (4–15) business days. (b) Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within one to five (1–5) business days.
2.4. All delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch and represent business days only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, and customs clearance processes. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
2.5. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. In some cases, shipping to a more urban address may result in lower rates, even when ordering from a nearby country.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
3.1. Unless the customer selects a shipping option with pre-paid duties (DDP) at checkout, the customer is solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
3.2. Pre-Paid Duties (DDP). If a shipping option with pre-paid duties is selected at checkout, all applicable customs fees and taxes are calculated and collected at the time of purchase. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.
3.3. Non-Pre-Paid Shipments. If a shipping option without pre-paid duties is selected, Fenrir has no way of determining in advance whether duties will be assessed on a specific shipment, or the amount that may apply. The carrier will typically contact you via email with a payment link, or collect the charges in person upon delivery.
3.4. Refused Duties. If you decline to pay the required import duties, customs fees, or taxes, the carrier may return or destroy the shipment. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Please ensure you are aware of and willing to cover any applicable charges before placing your order, or select a pre-paid duties option at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
4.1. A tracking number will be sent to you automatically via email as soon as a shipping label is created for your order.
4.2. If you have not yet received a tracking link, your order is still being processed. Fenrir is unable to provide additional status updates until the shipping label has been generated.
5. Shipping Insurance
5.1. Fenrir offers optional shipping insurance at checkout, which covers your order against damage, loss, or theft during transit. Fenrir strongly recommends that all customers add shipping insurance, particularly for high-value orders.
5.2. If shipping insurance is not purchased, Fenrir bears no liability for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving Fenrir's facility. Claims for uninsured shipments cannot be processed.

6. Delivery Restrictions
6.1. Express shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses. Customers selecting express shipping must provide a full residential or business address. Fenrir is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from the use of a P.O. Box address for express shipments.
