Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship with DHL Express, delivering to over 220 countries and territories worldwide with the fastest shipping times available.

Will tracking information be provided when my order ships?

Yes, absolutely! You’ll automatically receive the tracking information by email as soon as the shipping label is created.

If you haven’t received anything yet, it simply means your order is still being processed.

Can you prioritize my order because I will only be at the delivery address for a short time?

We understand that some customers may only be able to receive their order at a specific address for a limited time (e.g., while visiting Germany from another country). However, we are unable to process or prioritize orders based on temporary availability at a chosen address.

To ensure a smooth experience, please only select a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package within the estimated delivery timeframe.

We cannot make exceptions or guarantee delivery by a specific day outside our normal shipping times.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

When will my order be shipped?
  • In-stock products: If your order is placed before 1 PM Berlin time, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM will ship the next day. Please note: we do not ship on Sundays.
  • Order-to-build products: Please refer to the product page for the estimated build time. Shipping will occur once your order is complete.

    Even if the stated build time is several weeks, we always aim to complete and ship your order as soon as possible — in some cases, build-to-order items may ship the next day, depending on workload.

    Please note that in rare cases, circumstances outside our control (such as material delays or high order volume) may extend the build time. If this happens, we sincerely apologize and thank you for your patience.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

We ship with DHL Express, offering the fastest shipping available. Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location and how remote the destination is.

If the product is built-to-order, we will ship it after it is ready.

My order is taking longer than the stated processing time. What should I do?

We completely understand your excitement to receive your order! If your order is taking longer than expected, there’s no need to worry or take any action.

We process all orders as quickly as possible, and any delay usually means something unexpected has come up.

Still, if you have any concerns or questions, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.

Also, please check the announcement bar at the top of our website, where we post updates about any general delays.

My order appears as delivered but I haven't received it. What can I do?

The most common reason for this is that the package was handed to someone nearby, such as a neighbor or building manager.

We recommend first checking with those around you.

If the package is still missing, please contact the shipping carrier’s customer support directly through the tracking number website.

They can provide detailed delivery information, including who the package was delivered to and where exactly it was left.

The carrier’s support team is very helpful and can assist you in locating the package, unfortunately, we are unable to do this on your behalf.

Do I need to pay customs taxes?

Yes.

Unless you selected a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping option at checkout, our prices do not include taxes or duties, so you may need to pay them upon receiving your order, depending on your country's regulations. If you did choose DDP shipping, taxes and duties are already included in the price you paid.

Please keep an eye on your tracking updates for any notifications regarding customs clearance or payment instructions.

I want to order from a country with strict importing rules. What should I know?

I want to order from a country with strict importing rules. What should I know?

We have been informed by customers living in countries with strict importing rules — such as some Muslim countries — that there are generally no issues with Customs as long as the order does not contain prohibited content.

Our products are labeled as “fitness devices”, the packaging is plain and unbranded (containing no forbidden material).

However, even with these precautions, it is still possible that your order could be held or rejected by Customs as a “forbidden item” depending on your country’s regulations.

We are not responsible and accept no liability if your order is rejected by Customs in any country with strict import rules.

If this happens:

If the order is sent back to us:

  • You may request to have it shipped to another address in a different country (additional shipping costs must be paid).
  • You may request a refund, subject to our Refund Policy.

If the order is not sent back to us

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund and are not liable for the loss.

Ultimately, it is the customer’s responsibility to be informed about their country’s import policies regarding restricted items before placing an order.

If you are unsure, you may consider ordering through a package forwarding service located in a country with more flexible importing rules.

Can you declare a lower value on the customs invoice than what I actually paid, so I pay less duty?

No, we're not able to do this. We declare the true invoice value on all customs paperwork, and we're not able to under-declare it, even by request.

Please don't ask us to falsify the declared value, customs duties are determined by your country's regulations, and it's not something we can work around. We appreciate your understanding.

How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase is easy! Simply browse our website, select the product you want, and add it to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout where you’ll enter your shipping information and choose your preferred payment method.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your order. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Yes, you can change your shipping address as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.

We offer a self-service option: simply visit your Order Status page (you’ll find the link in your order confirmation email or inside your Account) or use the Thank You page right after placing your order to update your shipping details.

Can I change my billing address after placing my order?

Yes, you can update your billing address as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.

You can do this using the Order Status page (linked in your order confirmation email) or directly on the Thank You page after placing your order.

Please note: changing your billing address will not update your shipping address. If you also need to change your shipping details, be sure to update those separately.

Is the packaging discreet?

All of our orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging, with no logos, images, or descriptions that indicate what’s inside. Even if the package is opened, there are no visible details that reveal the type of product.

This ensures a clean and private delivery experience every time.

I sent a message/email a while ago and I haven't received a response yet. What should I do?

We strive to manage our time wisely so we can offer the best possible service to all our customers.

Please note that we do not respond to emails or messages when the answer can be found directly in our FAQ, subreddit, or Discord community. Our FAQ is regularly updated with the most thorough and current information, and you’ll also find helpful discussions, troubleshooting tips, and more through our subreddit and Discord server.

If your inquiry covers a topic not addressed in these resources or is urgent, rest assured we will respond.

If you haven’t received a reply within 24 hours, it likely means the answer is readily available through the channels mentioned above.

My Fenrir Clamp is leaking air, the pressure drops very quickly or it doesn’t inflate at all. What should I do to resolve this?

We test every single clamp before shipping, so you only ever receive a working one. The most important thing to know when using your clamp for the first time is how to properly connect the tubing to the air valve, if it isn't seated correctly, the clamp won't inflate. Please watch the quick start video guide to see how it's done.

The most important thing to know is that the tubing needs to be wet in order to slide all the way down until it reaches the bottom of the valve. You can use water or oil to wet the tubing. If the tubing is not pushed all the way down, the seal won't form and air will leak.

There are four possible scenarios that could be causing the issue. Please follow the steps in order and only go to the next one if the current one didn’t solve the issue:

1st Scenario – Hose Not Properly Inserted

  • Problem: The clamp doesn’t inflate at all and leaks instantly.

  • Solution: To verify this is the issue, inflate the clamp and immediately close the air valve. If there is no air leak, this is very likely the issue and you only need to properly install the tubing against the fitting.

    Firmly push the hose while twisting it into the fitting. Please watch the quick start video guide to see how it's done.

    The most important thing to know is that the tubing needs to be wet in order to slide all the way down until it reaches the bottom of the valve. You can use water or oil to wet the tubing. If the tubing is not pushed all the way down, the seal won't form and air will leak.

    If you are still struggling we recommend you put some vaseline or similar around the tubing so the seal is more strong.

2nd Scenario – Clamp Not Tight Enough

  • Problem: Air is still leaking, even after closing the air valve, which indicates that the clamp is not tight enough.

  • Solution: Carefully tighten the screws as much as possible without overtightening (to avoid damaging the clamp). Then, inflate the clamp again and check for any improvements. To make sure the screws are properly tightened, turn each one until its tip sits flush with the frame at the exit hole.

    ⚠️IMPORTANT: Frames must be as parallel as possible; misalignment will compromise their integrity and may cause cracking. The easiest way to ensure this is by checking the screws on the bottom frame — when all screws are at the same depth, the frames are properly aligned.

3rd Scenario – Damaged Silicone Sleeve

  • Problem: A leak may be caused by a tear, puncture, or other damage to the silicone sleeve inside the clamp.

  • Solution: Visually inspect the sleeve for any signs of wear or damage. If the sleeve is compromised, it may need to be replaced. Contact us so we can arrange your replacement.

4th Scenario – Air Valve or Pressure Gauge Thread Leak

  • Problem: If a significant leak persists (minor leaks may be acceptable if the clamp remains functional), the issue may be coming from the threaded hole where the air valve or the pressure gauge is installed, or both.

  • Solution: Apply glue from the inside of the tube around the threaded holes where the air valve and/or pressure gauge are connected. Super glue is recommended, but any glue that can create a strong, airtight seal will work. Be careful not to block the airflow. Allow the glue to fully cure before testing the clamp again.

    ⚠️IMPORTANT: Do not unscrew the pressure gauge or air valve from the inner tube. Doing so will only make the damage worse and can cause irreversible harm.

Due to my girth, the clamp is difficult to pull on or off

To make insertion easier, push as much air out of the sleeve as you can with your hands, and at the same time close the air valve (without the bulb attached) so the sleeve stays deflated. This makes the opening wider and easier to insert.

When pulling out, you can leave the air valve open (without the bulb attached) so the air pushes itself out as you pull.

You can also use a vacuum pump to draw the air out of the sleeve. The tubing is 8mm outer diameter and 4mm inner diameter, in case you need an extra one for the pump.

Can't get a reliable seal between the Fenrir clamp and vacuum cylinder when using the PAC adapter

Before troubleshooting the seal, first test the vacuum cylinder on its own to make sure it's working properly.

If the issue persists, start by cleaning both the silicone gasket and the vacuum cylinder so no debris is interfering with the seal. Then check the setup: make sure the cylinder is properly centered, and that the silicone gasket is correctly seated and not stretched when you place the adapter on top.

Before applying vacuum to the cylinder, inflate the clamp just enough to form a seal around the base of the shaft. If you skip this step, the vacuum will leak through the base.

A few things can further improve the seal: applying a small amount of Vaseline, adding a silicone sleeve or toe shields to the cylinder's base for extra sealing, and trimming or shaving hair around the base so the clamp can sit flush against the skin.

Once the whole setup is ready, you can test it on a flat area of skin, such as your forearm or leg, to confirm the vacuum is working. You'll see the skin being drawn up into the cylinder if the seal is holding.
