Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

1.1. You may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets all conditions set out in this Section.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be: (a) in its original, unused condition — unworn or thoroughly sanitized, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging; and (b) accompanied by valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

1.3. The following items are excluded from returns under any circumstances:

(a) Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants); (b) Custom-made or personalized items; (c) Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items); (d) Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases, or pressurized containers); (e) Items marked as final sale; and (f) Gift cards.

1.4. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us prior to shipping.

2. Return Procedure

2.1. To initiate a return, contact Fenrir at info@fenrirgym.com or via the contact form on our website, providing: (a) your full name; (b) your order number; and (c) the reason for the return.

2.2. Do not ship any items until you have received return authorization from Fenrir. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender at the customer's expense.

2.3. Once authorized, ship the item to:

2.4. After dispatching the return, you must email proof of shipment (e.g., a tracking number or shipping receipt) to info@fenrirgym.com.

2.5. Unless otherwise specified in Section 4, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable duties or taxes.

3. Refunds

3.1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Fenrir will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within three (3) business days of approval. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

3.3. A restocking fee of six percent (6%) of the item value will be deducted from all refunds, unless the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or a fulfillment error by Fenrir (see Section 4).

3.4. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return results from a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or a fulfillment error.

3.5. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since you received approval and the refund has not appeared, contact us at info@fenrirgym.com.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

4.1. You are advised to inspect all items upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or does not match your order, contact us promptly at info@fenrirgym.com or via our contact form.

4.2. Fenrir may request photographic or video evidence of the defect, damage, or discrepancy before authorizing a return.

4.3. For returns approved under this Section, Fenrir will: (a) cover return shipping costs; and (b) waive the restocking fee described in Section 3.3.

5. Shipping Insurance

5.1. If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout and your item arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is confirmed stolen, you are entitled to one of the following remedies at your choice: (a) a full refund to your original payment method; or (b) a replacement item shipped at no additional cost.

5.2. To file a shipping insurance claim, contact Fenrir at info@fenrirgym.com with: (a) your name and order number; (b) a description of the issue; and (c) any supporting documentation (e.g., photographs or carrier reports). Fenrir will process the claim on your behalf.

5.3. If shipping insurance was not purchased at checkout, Fenrir bears no liability for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. In such cases, standard return conditions under this Policy apply where eligible, and outcomes are subject to the carrier's terms and responsibility.

6. International Orders

6.1. Unless the customer selects a shipping option with pre-paid duties (DDP) at checkout, customers ordering from outside Germany are solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed upon delivery.

6.2. No refund will be issued if an order is returned to Fenrir or becomes undeliverable because the customer declined to pay applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes.

6.3. Import duties and taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable, unless the customer selected a shipping option with pre-paid duties at checkout.

6.4. All international return shipments must be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or otherwise arranged so that no import duties, taxes, or related charges are billed to Fenrir GmbH. Any such charges incurred by Fenrir as a result of a return — including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and carrier surcharges — will be deducted from the refund. If these charges equal or exceed the refundable amount, no refund will be issued.

7. Exchanges

7.1. Fenrir does not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, you must return the original item in accordance with this Policy and place a separate order.

8. Cancellations

8.1. Orders may be canceled at any time before shipment. To cancel, use the self-service option on the Order Details page, accessible via the order confirmation email or by logging in to your customer account. No contact with Fenrir is required for pre-shipment cancellations.

8.2. A cancellation fee of six percent (6%) of the order value applies to all cancellations to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

8.3. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Post-shipment requests must be handled through the standard return process described in Sections 2 and 3.
